About the shop

Two generations. One truck. A name we actually try to live up to.

Our story

Started in a garage. Still runs like one.

Eric opened the shop in 1994 with a used van and a rolodex of neighbors. Three decades later his son is on the truck with him, and the name over the door means the same thing it always has: we'll pick up, we'll show up, and we'll finish the job.

We stayed small on purpose. It means every job is either done by us or done by someone we personally trained. It also means the person you called is the person who's fixing your problem.

We're licensed, insured, and old-fashioned about a few things — cleaning up before we leave, calling before we arrive, and telling you the truth about what a repair actually needs.

What you can count on

The rules we run the shop by.

01

A real person picks up.

Not an answering service, not a bot. Usually Eric, sometimes his son, occasionally both.

02

The quote is the price.

Flat rates, told to you before we open a tool. If something changes, we stop and ask before we keep going.

03

We leave it cleaner than we found it.

Drop cloths down, boots off inside, mess hauled out. It's your house — we act like it.
